If what I’m hearing is accurate, Anderson Cooper was the mystery man who bought the building at 84 West 3rd Street off the hands of the New York Board Of Fire Underwriters. Who knew that Silverfox could spend $4.75 million on a firehouse AND save innocent children from natural disasters, huh? I LOVE HIM!
